We're looking for a motivated IT support agent for our office with good software development skills. Although we're specifically looking for someone with PHP software development skills, the position is for a jack-of-all-trades that includes the following duties:
PHP software development and maintenance
The ability to navigate and perform basic shell scripting on Linux
Workstation setup and ongoing health monitoring for a mid-sized office
Maintain our software licensing inventory
Maintain our office hardware inventory
Support office staff with basic computer issues
Extra Skills That Will Help:
Working with a Microsoft Network
Familiarity/Experience with setting up Virtual Machines (VMware)
Web development skills (HTML/CSS)
Other programming language experience
SQL database experience (MySQL)
MAC experience -- we have a few on the network.
The ability and desire to learn and grow your skills.

Customer Sales and Support Specialist

Detail: Full Time Position, 32-40 hours per week
Career opening available as Customer Sales & Support Specialist in extremely successful, growing support services company in the fast-paced internet marketing industry, based in Victoria. The successful candidate must have excellent sales abilities, verbal, communications and interpersonal skills. Must also have experience using MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook. Previous experience in a sales, customer support, and/or office environment is considered a definite asset. Ability to speak and write fluently in Spanish considered a definite asset.
Shifts available: 2pm to 10 pm 6am to 2pm
Hourly wage to start plus Commissions and Solid Benefits Plan, including Medical, Dental, Employee Assistance Program and Paid Vacation.
